1.    The SITE USER will not provide access to multiple users on a network through a single user name and password provided to the SITE USER.

2.    To use the leased website for the commercial purpose only and not to do or allow to be done anything which is of unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions and notices.

3.    The SITE USER has no right to use the site in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden or impair the network.

4.    The SITE USER is retrained from attempting to gain unauthorized access to any service, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any service through hacking, password mining or any other means. The SITE USER is further restrained from obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Network.

5.    The SITE USER is entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account. The SITE USER is agreed to notify network immediately of any unauthorized use of the account or any loss that the SITE USER may incur as a result of someone else using the password or account, either with or without the SITE USER knowledge. However the SITE USER could be held liable for losses incurred by the Network or another party due to someone else using the SITE USER account of password. The SITE USER has no right to use anyone else account at any time with or without the permission of the account holder.

6.    The relationship between the SITE PROMOTOR and SITE USER shall be governed by the laws of republic of India without regard to conflict of law provisions. Both SITE PROMOTOR and SITE USER agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or Arbitration at Coimbatore Tamilnadu.

7.    The SITE Promoter reserves the right to change the subscription or membership fees in respect of any part, aspect of the site up on reasonable prior notice.

8.    The SITE PROMOTER reserves the right to terminate the SITE USER access to any or all of the communications services or site at any time without notice for any reason. The SITE PROMOTOER also reserves the right to cancel the SITE USER access rights to without prior notice and blocking access to that IP address in case of violations of terms and conditions herein.
